RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At MITHWISH BEAUTY & WELLNESS, we carefully pack every order to ensure that your products reach you safely.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of beauty, skincare, cosmetics and personal-care products, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been opened, used or the seal has been broken.

A return or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

You received a wrong product.

You received a damaged product.

The product received is defective or unusable.

Any item is missing from your order.

2. Report Within 24 Hours

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or missing product.

Please provide:

Order number

Clear photographs of the package and product

Unboxing video, if available

Description of the issue

Requests submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.

3. Product Condition

For an eligible return or exchange:

The product must be unused.

The original packaging, seal, labels and accessories should be intact.

Products that have been opened, used or damaged by the customer are not eligible.

4. Exchange / Replacement

If the issue is verified and approved by our team, we may provide a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution depending on the circumstances.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed according to the applicable payment method and our refund procedure.

Shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an incorrect, damaged or defective product being sent by us.

6. Non-Returnable Products

The following are generally non-returnable:

Opened or used cosmetics

Skincare and personal-care products with broken seals

Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling

Products without original packaging

Products purchased under clearance or special promotional conditions, where specifically stated

7. Cancellation

Order cancellation requests should be made before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
